For bathing, it is recommended to use a 0.5–1.5% aqueous solution of Original Brine from Zabłocie. This means that, on average, 0.5–1.5 kg of salt should be added to a bathtub of water (approx. 100 l). The bath should start with a lower concentration, and then the concentration of iodine-bromine salt in the bath should be gradually increased. The optimal temperature during the bath should be 35–37 °C.
